Organic and Biodynamic Harvest for Abadía Retuerta

Abadía Retuerta’s organic, biodynamic and sustainable vegetable garden spans 1,200 m2. In the last year, a total of 10,323 kg of produce has been harvested from the garden, providing ingredients directly to the various restaurants on site including the Calicata Terroir Bar. This venue is an open-air terrace designed with sustainable materials and a menu showcasing seasonal and locally-sourced produce, including ingredients from the estate’s garden.
