The Lamblion Holiday Apartment : Fresh Produce & Water Saving

The Lamblion Holiday Apartment has lowered its overall water usage via the installation of a grey water system. This system allows for significant reduction in overall water consumption as the grey water is used for the flower garden and some fruit trees.

Managers Lionel and Lorilyn are passionate gardeners and propagate over 100 different plants in their tropical garden. Besides being an oasis of tranquility, the garden plays a big role in the Lamblion kitchens, with guests free to pick fresh vegetables and herbs and use in their favorite dishes, or snack on local fruits in season.

Visitors to the Lamblion Apartment come from all over the globe including various parts of Europe such as Germany as well as the United Kingdom, Canada and the USA, and are always curious about the extensive variety of produce. Food crops include, corn, cassava, sorrel, ochros, and sweet potato; along with fruit trees such as the Soursop, Mangoes, Sugar Apple, Pomegranate. The herb garden produces parsley, celery, onions, sweet pepper, seasoning pepper, and basil. While flowering plants such as the Bougainvilleas, Bridal Bouquet and Powder Puff bring brilliant color.
