Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights has been actively involved in instigating a variety of sustainable tourism initiatives. Sustainability involves coming up with innovative solutions to problems, and the Stewarding team has reduced kitchen waste volumes tremendously from 7kg to 2kg. The organic waste is re-purposed for fertiliser for outdoor plants and trees.
