Royalton Riviera Cancun: Beach and Mangrove Cleaning

Twice a month, Royalton Riviera Cancun management and staff actively engage in beach and mangrove cleanup activities, which are located adjacent to the property. Through these initiatives, the resort aims to foster awareness among staff, suppliers, visitors, and guests regarding their sustainability policy, which is wholeheartedly committed to preserving precious resources and minimizing impact on the environment. On average, the clean ups successfully collect between 40 to 60 kg of inorganic waste, encompassing plastics, cans, paper, wrappers, cigarette butts, and more. These proactive efforts have led to the development of targeted campaigns directed at the resort’s suppliers, encouraging them to join in safeguarding natural resources.
