47 Boutique Hotel: Serves a Sustainable Harvest
47 Boutique Hotel has focused on the search for local suppliers providing high quality raw ingredients. This dedication to local and regional supply has been extended with the hotel starting its own agricultural production. In the heart of the Marturanum Regional Park, Tuscia area, the hotel’s 4-hectare estate (47 Hortus) has recently completed its second olive harvest in November 2024 and from this fruitful crop crafted a 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.
Further expanding its local offerings, 47 Boutique Hotel has also collaborated with the Bottaccio Farm in Castiglione, Teverina, to create an organic wine, 47 Amàr, a 2020 Montepulciano completely produced in Italy.
